Returns

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorisation number. Please note that returns without a valid authorisation number may not be accepted.

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that certain items, such as underwear and swimwear, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, any items that have been altered or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
